What we collect and why.
What we collect
Contact details you provide through the enquiry form — name, business name, email, phone, staff numbers, service type, location and your description of what prompted the enquiry. Where you engage us, the records agreed in writing for that engagement.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to hold the suitability call, and — if you engage us — to deliver and invoice the engagement. We do not use it for anything else.
Engagement records
Where an engagement proceeds, the records we review are those agreed in writing beforehand. They are used only for that engagement, held for the engagement period plus ninety days, and then destroyed. Findings are not published or shared without your written agreement.
Marketing
We do not run a mailing list. Any commercial message we send identifies us and includes a working unsubscribe, honoured within five business days, as required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
Storage and sharing
Enquiry submissions are delivered by a third-party form service to a monitored inbox. Data is stored with reputable hosting and email providers under their security controls. We share it with no one else except where required by law.
